Decent stay with some drawbacks

The hotel had a fantastic location, very central to everything. I really liked this feature. The terrace provided perfect views of the Jungfrau and Berner Oberland mountains. The front desk staff offered helpful recommendations for hiking routes. They were great!!!
The toilet felt a bit small and could have been cleaner. The facilities are a bit old. The room felt cramped, especially the shower space. I struggled a bit. I could hear footsteps from the floor above, which woke me up in the morning.

friendly staff perfect location available coffee
the staff was friendly. the location is perfect. everything i needed was nearby and accessible. there was always tea and coffee available in the lobby. the bed was very good. i slept well .
The pillows were too flat. I found it a bit uncomfortable. this is something i hope they improve soon.

great location easy access neat room cramped room small space morning noise
the location is great. access to transportation is simple. the view from the balcony was really something. the rooms were also neat.
the room felt a little cramped. the shower space was especially small. noise from the floor above was audible in the morning.
